The Challenge

Scenario: Every host serves port 7777. group_vars/webservers.yml says 8081, a stray host_vars/web02.yml says 9999, and a "temporary" play-level vars: block from an incident six weeks ago beats them all.

Make the intended value win at the RIGHT layer: web01 and web02 -> 8081, dbprod -> 8080, lb01 -> 8088 as a genuine per-host exception you must add. Then run check.
