How to ask for deletion

Send an e-mail to support@shellgenius.com with the subject "Delete my Bolzo account", from the e-mail address you use to sign in to Bolzo. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• Your account record on our server (name, e-mail, sign-in information).
• Any waiting or active live-call matching entry.

What is kept, and for how long

• Reports about abuse in live calls may be kept for up to 90 days for safety reasons.
• Short operational and call set-up logs are deleted in the normal log rotation.

Data on your phone

Your progress, saved chats, profile photo and Neha's notes are stored on your phone. To remove them, clear the app's data (Settings > Apps > Bolzo > Storage > Clear data) or uninstall the app.
