By using the Bolzo app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Bolzo helps you practise spoken English with AI characters, a daily call with an AI coach (Neha), lessons and optional live voice calls with other learners. The app is currently in testing, so features may change, pause or end.

2. AI content

Replies, corrections, hints and translations are written by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong. Use them for language practice only, not as professional advice (for example medical, legal or financial advice). Characters and situations in lessons are fictional.

3. Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Bolzo, and at least 18 years old to use live calls with other learners.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other learners;
• share sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or personal information of others;
• use live calls for anything other than practising English in a friendly way;
• try to break, overload, copy or misuse the app or its servers, or get around usage limits.

You can report another learner in the app. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Content and rights

The app, its lessons, characters, artwork, voices and design belong to ShellGenius or its licensors. You may use them only inside the app for your own learning. What you say in the app remains yours; you allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We try to keep Bolzo available, but we do not promise it will always work without interruption or errors. Some features need an internet connection. We may update these terms; we will post changes on this page.

7. Liability

Bolzo is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, ShellGenius is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

8. Ending

You can stop using Bolzo and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
